As one of the UK’s leading suppliers of pressure seal solutions, we can offer you practical advice to ensure you receive the highest standards of quality and reliability from our pressure seal products.
Pressure seal is a secure, dry sealed document that is both versatile and cost effective. It could possibly be the single best investment a company can make in its distribution and print handling of secure documents.
Pressure sealing uses laser compatible forms which have incorporated special cohesive glue patterns. The cohesive glue only becomes activated when subjected to extremely high pressure produced during the sealing process. The forms are folded by the pressure sealer and then pass through sealing rollers which activate the cohesive glue. This technology allows you to process the documents inexpensively to create forms that are 100% secure and tamper proof whilst also being suitable for mailing or distribution without the additional expense of envelopes.

The following fold configurations are the most common and can be used by our range of machines.

Processing pressure seal forms using 'Off-Line' pressure sealers require the forms to be printed separately by a laser printer.
The forms are then left for a short period to cool before then being transferred to the 'Offline' pressure sealer. The forms are then manually loaded by the operator to be folded and sealed ready for distribution.
These standalone machines are also ideal for use as a back up system to larger 'In-Line' solutions for greater contingency where required.
